4. Records held by the private body
Subject to the grounds of refusal set out in PAIA, the following categories of records are held:
- Client records: Contact form submissions, project briefs, statements of work, engagement correspondence
- Financial records: Quotes, invoices, payment records, tax filings
- Technical records: Source code repositories, deployment logs, Core Web Vitals reports
- Analytics records: Aggregated, anonymised website usage data
- Consent records: Records of cookie and marketing consent given or withdrawn
- Operational records: Company registration, tax records, operator contracts, staff records
5. How to request access to records
To request access to a record held by Tapnet Solutions (Pty) Ltd, please submit a request to our Information Officer:

- Subject line: "PAIA Request"
Your request must include:
- Your full name, identity number, and contact details
- Sufficient detail to identify the record or records requested
- The form of access required (for example, copy or inspection)
- Your preferred language for communication
- Your reason for requesting the record, if the request is for a right you want to exercise or protect
We will respond within 30 days of receipt of a valid request, in accordance with Section 56 of PAIA. Access may be refused on any grounds set out in PAIA, for example where disclosure would constitute an unreasonable disclosure of another person's personal information or disclose confidential commercial information of a third party.
6. Fees
Fees for requests under PAIA are prescribed by the Department of Justice and are published by the Information Regulator. A request fee may be payable before the request is processed, and an access fee may be payable before the record is delivered. We will notify you of the applicable fees on receipt of your request.
